Default Led problems

I replaced all my lights with LEDs and recently have been getting the check engine and battery lights on my dash. I checked the codes and it reads P0563 high voltage. I checked the voltage to my battery and it reads12 volts at idle and goes up to 13 when I rev it. Any ideas?

Not even close to being a mechanic, but it is an older bike? I remember hearing LEDs draw less current and needs an equalizer.

Thank you. Im wondering if I need one for the headlight? I started having problems with the codes after installing the LED headlight? My turn signals work fine.

I did headlight, tail light, spots and front turn signals without issue or errors. When made my way to rear signals, hyper flash and errors. I used these load resistors to solve. I added at the rear under seat tapped into the wires that fed the rear signals (common to fronts).

I have a ave a unit that turns all my lights including the turn signals into running lights for greater visibility. Would I have to remove it or piggy back on it? Thanks!!
