Anyone here ever used their service department & would voice an opinion or
comment on how their service is ?
Reason I'm asking is because I'm considering letting them install my Big Sucker &
do a rejet on my '06 1200 Custom & also the convience factor as they are right
across the street from my job.
I've seen so many posts here & on other forums relating as to how "some" Harley techs
are kinda like a bunch of squirells & the most they know about any scoot US or Metric
is that it has 2 wheels.
Also I'm not a tightwad & don't mind spending the money, BUT I WANT THE JOB DONE
RIGHT AT A FAIR & DECENT PRICE !!!! Is this too much to ask ??
If it has to go in a 2nd time to get it done right thats 1 time to many & it dang well
better be on their dime.
Any comments & replies welcome.

Sorry, I don't know about their wrenches, but the folks in the store seem like a nice enough lot. If you don't get any responses from here, you might consider talking to a HOG officer from the chapter Texan sponsors.

Bought my 07 Street bob from there had them install passanger pillon, sissy, forwards.......

Some knuckle head didnt bother puttin the bumper kit for the seat on ruined the paint. 6 staples rode into the fender......We bitched to April the Manager and after a few dumb comments from her she got the ok from the owner to fix the problem.....then while it was in I was at 1000 miles but just did the 1000mile service myself and bought all the stuff from there and someone wrote on ticket to do the service so they had to eat that too.......

Most of them dont seem to bright.....havent heard anything bad about the tuner guy......havent saved up to use him yet.....

I used them to do my 1000 mile service a couple of months ago and was happy with the service. Called up to make an appointment since their sister store was all booked up, April answered the phone and said bring it on in and they will do it while I waited. They was also cheaper than their sister store. Parts guys was also very helpful anytime I was in there also.

Not to totally change the subject but we swung by the HD dealership at The Woodlands when we were down in Houston a few months ago. Holy cow, what a neat looking building. Wish I'd gotten a picture.
