Default Chrome hand controls

Looking for hands on reviews of folks that have swapped out their stock hand controls for aftermarket units. Is one brand preferred over another? Harley branded stuff is pricey. I'm looking at adding apes to my FLSTC and trying to gather up all the components before I start.

The Harley controls are a little higher, but the stuff fits. Some aftermarket brands don't do that very well and will cause you some frustrations.

That’s probably very good advice. I’m thinking Drag Specialties.

I used the chrome Harley stuff. Yes, it's a little more, but DAMN does it look good! AND it's OEM - no fitment or operational issues, ever.

Buy once, cry once.

Default Harley Controls

Stay with the HD controls...They fit and work well. They have been doing well for13 years on my Dyna.
