Those are on the bikes of guys who went riding with their dogs. What you're seeing is what they came back with.

Don't worry, the dogs are OK. Being the brains of the operation, they chewed their way free, unnoticed, before things got under way.

It is then only logical that the subject rider would use the thing to beat his wife. Its just science.

All this time I thought a Get Back Whip was something a guy used on a car that encroached upon his riding space if he absolutely wanted to be run over by said car in retaliation. Learn something new everyday

 

However, Tassels, on the other hand are cute and functional.

They also keep Flies and Mosquitoes away!

 

saw a guy with +/- 15 Gremlin Bells braided into his whip.........

wondered what that was all about......

then I realized he must be a bike mechanic that scavenges a LOT of salvage bikes

 

anytime i see one of those i cringe, and feel stupid for the person.

 

I think it falls under the same category as when kids used to pin playing cards on the spokes of their bicycle tires.
