Default Exhaust popping at idle when warmed up.

Hey guys! Just like title says I'm getting this annoying popping at idle once the bike is warmed up. After a ride I'll come home and let idle for a minute while I open the garage. That's when I noticed it. Bike is a 2014 street Bob with stage 1. Here's a link to the video.

Maybe you have an intake of exhaust leak. I was getting popping on decel. Turned out I had a crack in my exhaust.

Check for loose exhaust bolts at the head. This is pretty common.

Yea I checked the exhaust bolts. The exhaust is only about a year old and I did new gaskets. I checked for intake leaks as well. I think this would work but I used a propane torch. Just turned on the gas and then moved it around the intake ports. It's odd I've got about 1000 miles this year so far and it just started doing this.

Sound like exhaust leak to me.

Take a candle lighter and hold it near exhaust ports and see if flame gets blown around. Good way to check for an exhaust leak.

Yep I did that a few times as well as checked for intake leaks with propane and break Clean. I did pull the plugs and the rear is running Lean. Starting to think it's electrical or injector related. I just don't want to keep running it and ruin the rear cylinder. Tying to do everything I can think of before taking it to a shop because I just lost my job.

Edit:I also just took off the rear cylinder pipe to check for cracks(didn't expect any). No soot around it or anything. Threw a new gasket on as well and torqued back to spec.

Which exhaust and tuner are you using?

I am running short shots with stage one intake. The previous owner had it tuned by Harley is what I was told. I assume it really was because I haven't had this issue before. Only other thing I just thought of is this, tell me what you think.

The short shots had new bungs welded in about 3-4" from the head and they have reducers on them. He must have taken his tuner off to keep and had Harley do a flash.

My question is having stock o2 sensors that close bad? Could just the rear one have gone bad?

Just for giggles I ordered an fp3 to see if I can make it any better and also see some of the parameters while it's doing the popping vs when it's cold.
