Mystery tire/wheel valve

Mystery tire/wheel valve
Anybody recognize what type of tire valve this is?
I can not get air to enter the tire thru the valve. I have tried several different chucks with no success. I can get some air to enter by pushing the chuck all the way down and backing off a tad. But then I am losing more air by blow by then going into the tire.
When you push the chuck all the way down nothing happens. Even the tire gages do no work correctly. Tried changing the core, same results. The OD of the stem appears to measure the same as a stock stem, roughly .290 or say 7. something mm.

I can't see anything fouling the needle on that common Schrader valve, but I can't say with certainty from just looking at the photo. My guess is the threaded portion of the valve is too short for your compressor chuck or gauge. Harley and others have extensions for checking/adding air for hard to reach valve stems:

I would resist the urge to install any kind of extender that stayed on the valve during operation of the motorcycle because of centrifugal forces on the valve. If that doesn't work you'll need to R&R the tire so you can replace the valve assembly, HD has them pretty cheap and are usually in stock. I only let something be a pain in the dick once.

I read that I saw that he tried, but I didn't see where he was successful in doing so. If he could not get the valve core out, there is an obstruction in the stem like I was saying in my first post.
