I want to replace the backrest pad on my 16 Heritage. It has that decorative concho in the center of the sissy bar. Does that just pull off and the screw to hold the pad is behind that concho? And can the concho be put back on?

 

Looks like it is held on by retaining clips (#6) according to a parts fiche
