Which to sell
I need to sell one of my bikes to fund a new project and to keep my wife happy (i.e., letting me buy parts for whatever project I have going on). I've had my 2014 Iron for a few years now and have done a good deal of work to her. The only thing I have left on my list for her is a Hammer 1275 and changing the gearing a bit. Last November I picked up a 2014 Low Rider for a great price. I had been looking for something a little bigger than my Sporty thinking it may encourage my wife to want to ride with me periodically and because I had bought into the whole "everyone outgrows a Sportster" thing. Now 6 months later, my wife has ridden with me only once and I've found I like riding my Sporty a lot more than I like riding the Low Rider. I tried to think about it in terms of the Low Rider being a more capable bike, but the Sporty is the one that brings me more joy. I guess if I sell the Low Rider and my wife does decide at some point that she really wants to ride more, I would have good justification to shop for a Road Glide. Anyway, it's a tough call to make.

Having 2 bikes is not a problem.
Not having any bikes would be a huge problem!
I agree that it seems like you've already made up your mind to keep the Sporty.
IF and when your wife decides that she wants to ride more you can then cross that bridge.
My wife has had her own bike(s) since '96 but does not ride a lot and sometimes she wants to ride with me on my CVO Ultra but with the issue that I was having with my LH knee I decided last year that it was time for a trike, especially for trips or when she wants to ride with me.
I will sell the Ultra soon IF I can get a fair price but if not, I'll ride in occasionally and we can grow old(er) together.
