Physically 57, Mentally 35. My riding buddies are all friends 50 to 77. I love to ride with my kids and my friends kids who are all in their 20s.
Last weeks commentary after I swapped my FB114 with my friends son for his GSXR for 10 minutes
Me - NEVER again
Joey - Never again
lol
Oh, got my 1st HD in 1982, a 'used' 82 WG.. Been on bikes since 72, a QA 50!

You guys don't get it (a couple of you do). Forums are for old guys.
I was part of a snowmobile forum for past 10 years. We used the forum to report on our rides, report on the weather events, and hook up for buddy rides (snowmobiling in the mountains alone is plain stupid). We had a discussion a few months ago about no one really posting anymore. The site was mostly made up of retired guys and one by one they either died or quite riding. And then about three weeks ago the URL went dead. The forum just died off with the users who were all old.
Now I am part of a social media group on Facebook with the same intent as the old forums. And when I hook up with a group through the social group I end up with kids that are half my age.
The results of your poll has nothing to do with age of riders. And you think HD corporate doesn't have a thumb on the social media patterns that you guys can't seem to grasp? For real?
I will say this...more riders are older because bikes have become more expensive. It takes a while to build yup your career and income to be able to enjoy this lifestyle. Pocket Rockets are a way cheaper entry point for those younger riders. But that doesn't mean HD isn't going to survive.

But, I was riding motorcycles before I met my wife, she knew what she was getting into. I also gave up riding for 14 years while my kids were little. Now my kids ride their own motorcycles.
