I tried the Wolfgang and thought it left a residue that was a pain to get off compared to Optima NR which I have used a long time on cars and bike.I use Klasse AIO and have been happy with it and it is easy to use, quick and a little goes a long way. One thing I do is keep some of the NR in a sprayer and hit the heavy stuff with a pre-treat--like wheels and especially in winter. I only use each towel one time per wash-don't rinse them out and reuse. Hot water is great in winter, lol and measuring the stuff accurately makes it go far. I only need 1/2 gal to do bike. I read somewhere to let rags soak for few minutes before use so I do but could be BS.

+1 on the Honda cleaner. I've been using it for over 20 years.

Prior to getting my bike repainted, I used lemon pledge. It worked well but I just can't bring myself to apply it to the new paint.

I now use Meguiar's EZ Clean rinse and wash and their detailer mist and wipe, or Original bike spirits spray.

Yes sir. My point was that I have no experience with it on non-coated paint. I should have mentioned that

I experienced that also at first. With all of the WW I have learned that you need to adjust the ratio to the type of water you have. It does make a difference. I only use the house water for mixing if I run out of DI water though. Even with the Ech2O I had to go from 1:15 to 1:20 to get it where I like it. Some have had to go to 1:25. Really just depends on the type of water you have, hard/soft.
Depending what your LSP is, that might be a factor in how it behaves also

Not much mention out there from people who have used it on both types of surfaces. On a few other forums, I read that some said they felt it was smoother to apply and it buffed off easier on the coated surfaces.

My bike’s paint is still really nice and it cleans and shines up easily with basic quick detailers so I’m looking forward to trying this out.
