Default Road King round air cleaner cover

I would like to get rid of the football air cleaner on my 2009 Road King Classic. I want a more retro, classic look so I would like to switch to a round cover like the one in the link below.
The problem is I run a stock air filter and the description of the item says "Features a cutaway bottom design that exposes the filter element to maximize the airflow when installed with a Screamin' EagleŽ Stage I Air Cleaner Kit".
I don't want to swap to a high flow filter. Does anyone know of a round cover that will work with the stock air filter set up?

Pretty sure it will work with the stock air cleaner.

I doubt it, my back plate is football shaped just like the chrome cover piece. The item in the link is just a cover, no backplate included (at least that I can see).

There is a round version of this (which is better than the stock football cleaner, IMO), but I think you are going to run in to the same problem:

The backplate from a Crossbones is round, although the OE cover was black. Might open up some more options for you.

Hmm, thinking outside the (air) box. I like it.

Default SS air cleaner

I went with the SS teardrop looking thing.

It was the only one that hid the TB connections.

Thanks for all the replies, I might try to go with the stock air cleaner off a Crossbones like Barney Boy suggested. I looked them up on Fleabay and they go between $10-$30 for the whole set up.
