Ahhhh don't let them scare you. Hyperchargers add a good bit of horse power and look good as long as you don't do the cheesy lights! I had one on my old bike and the issue that I had is they stick out really far from the bike and end up getting in the way of my leg on the pegs.
The Ness super sucker with the cover isa really good deal for how it looks and what you get from it.

I'm running the HD Nostaglic "Bar & Shield" cover on my '03 Softail. (PN 29138-91).

It's made for the EVO engines, but will also work with the later TC engines if you have the SE air filter upgrade.

I just put this one on the fatboy this week too - I like it - No pics yet -

Crazy that they don't give a chrome screw with it. Instead it costs you another $14.95 for the screw. LOL

I saw something like that on a Harley recently and at first glance I thought the bike was a clone, but it wasn't.
I priced the round bar & shield one at the Stealers and it was $45.00+$7.00 for the gasket. I think I'll get it.
