there are so many of those type of bikes ( Jesse James, OCC, Bourget, American Iron horse, etc) out there you can get them for next to nothing.
My buddy had a Texas Chopper on consignment, excellent shape, low miles. The owner took 4 grand for it. The motor and transmission were worth more than that.

Got nothing bad to say about Jesse James....that bike is hideous tho, yuck.....
If I could have one old school chopper, I would love to have one of Indian Larry's bikes....the dude flat out built some beautiful ****...at least what I think a chopper should look like....

His chain bike always gave me a chubby, not so much the paint but the rest of that sled was pure functional artwork.
