Step Brother hit....advice please
On the 28th my step brother and a female passenger were rear ended while at a stop light in Springhill, FLA. Estimated speed of the driver was about 75. The passenger has been in ICU and he has a broken leg and road rash. Any good lawyers in that area?

The car was going 75 and the bike was stopped at a light and they survived?????????????????

I am not doubting your word because you said " Estimated speed," and you ask about a lawyer. Why do you need one, was it a hit and run, or did the driver not have enough insurance? I had a wreck in 07 and I had to get a lawyer to help me out of owing a lot of money to a lot of people, because the driver didn't have enough insurance or money..
