Hi guys,

Any one know if there is a way to have a customized ignition key (handle)?

I don't have a photo coz so far no info I can find on internet. I can only try to describe it as much as I can, if you know it, if you have a photo, please post on.

Not long ago, I saw a youtube video, nothing special, only an obviously customised bike key shown up for 0.1 second.

The key is like a little dagger, looks like made of copper. The handle part is almost three times long as the key "blade" area. So you can imagine, when the engine started, it looks like a dagger stabbed into the bike.

I tried to search key customisation, no luck on any result.

So anyone knows such a thing?

I've see guys take a stubby craftsman screwdriver, heat up the blade and pull it out of the handle, then trim the key and epoxy it in place. When you put the key in the ignition it looks like you stuffed a screwdriver in.

Don't know why you couldn't do similar with a knife handle.

A few years ago, I had one of the skull ignition barrel keys offered through the Moco.
It was junk. I think it was made out of a tin can.

 

Yeah thats the idea. but I am not gonna use screw driver handle though.
