Default Motorcycle lifts?

I'm shopping around for motorcycle lifts in my garage and saw this one for sale

https://www.harborfreight.com/1000-l...ift-68892.html

Does anyone have any recommendations for brands of lifts that AREN'T made by HF?

I have the Harbor Freight lift and it works great. Perfect for the money. I did change the wheel lock to a roll on chalk. The back removable plate does flex a bit with the weight of my Ultra Limited, but nothing that worries me. The jack has no problem lifting the bike up. You just have to be patient. It takes a lot of pumping to get the bike all the way up. I'm never in that big of a hurry when I'm working on my bike, so it doesn't bother me.

I think it's a good lift for the money spent. Of course there are much nicer lifts out there, with a higher price tag.

Good to know, I've had mixed experiences with Pittsburgh (HF) products. I want to make sure this lift is strong, and not one that will crap out a month down the road. I've used their motorcycle "jacks" and they got the job done, but I bought a socket set and every socket wrench broke two months after I got it.

2 of my neighbors have the Harbor freight table left over five years no complaints , except it takes up a little bit of space in the garage . Go for it if you like it .

I have the HF lift. I've only used it twice, once to remove my back tire. Right out of the crate, one of the spot welds broke on the bracket that keeps the removable trap door in place. I don't have a welder, so I had to drill a hole through the platform and bracket to install a nut and bolt. You get what you pay for.

I bought a HF air hydraulic lift and the cylinder gave up after 4 months.Harbor Freight wouldn't stand behind it so I took it out to be rebuilt. Two different shops told me that it couldn't be repaired. I now own a handy lift that I've had zero problems with in six years.I haven't stepped foot in an HF store since. Handy is having an online sale right now, it's 10% off and free shipping with promo code BLACKFRIDAY18.
