To nallvn1974, was your dad the original poster of this thread or are you just adding on? BTW, sorry for your loss, my parents are about to hit their 80's, I am worried about them constantly especially with this covid crap out there.

 

Sorry about your loss. Losing a parent is one of those things we all understand we will go through, but it's never easy.

As has been mentioned, before you do anything be sure to work with your dad's attorney. Hopefully he had one?

There are some questions that need answered before you get to the point of dealing with future financing options. Be sure you're 100% locked in on those. You don't want to find yourself a year from now realizing you've just made 12 payments on your dad's surviving spouse's bike.

 

Sounds like a quick way to lose a friend to me.
