in ear headphones
So I commute a hour to and from work. I want to get some in ear headphones that are custom made to my ear. Example : https://www.64audio.com/product/1964...In-Ear-Monitor
But as money is an issue, I want something under $200
Any recommendations?

Shure SE215. I have been using them for many years, and they come with all sorts of ear buds. I like the triple flange ones best. They do the best job of blocking out the wind noise, so I don't have to crank the volume up. I regularly ride all day with them in, and my ears don't ring or feel fatigued. They cost about $100.00 USD.
Cheers!

I'm a professional musician so my ears are very important to me. I had a few goals searching for the best earbuds for riding, 1) reduce noise inside my helmet, 2) sound great with my music, and 3) be super comfortable. I've tried many many different options. I've even used my own custom molded in-ear monitors that I use on stage but found for them to sound good under the helmet I needed to drive them pretty hard and loud which kind of defeated the purpose.
By far, the best option for me has been these - Slimbuds - https://www.byeaos.com/slimbuds/
You don't have to use the chin mic at all if you don't want to. You can simply extend the wire and the battery/mic portion will just sit under you chin. They sound great and are very comfortable. If you use a full-face or modular the chin mic works great for making/taking calls or talking to others who use the same system through the iPhone app.
I have no interest whatsoever in this company, but I'm probably pickier than most folks about ear protection so I thought I'd share.
