Well I went with the 14" El Diablo from Demon Cycle. Nice bars but nan did I screw myself. I removed the 10"bars and 4" risers figuring that I was installing 14" on 1.5" risers and I figured WTH, run the wires internally, almost the same height right? And the clutch cable was way to long for the 10"on the short risers and fine with the 4". Well the internal wires are 12" short and the clutch is bent at a 90 full right lock.
Parts and wires are in the mail.
But so far the bars look good.

New clutch cable is installed. Waiting on the wire extensions.
Got a lot of soldering, crimping and heat shrinking in my future.
Also ordered a set of Rocket Lockers since I have one of the tanks off no big deal unbolting the other one. I also noticed the rubber cross vent and overflow hose are dry rotted.

Soldering tip that YOU probable all knew.
People post soldering videos where they strip the wire and the shove the ends into each other.
This makes for an ugly solder joint with end sticking out everywhere.
The neatest joint would be to strip about 1/2" on both, wires give each a little twist, do a Western Union Splice then solder.
A Western Union Splice is when you lay the wires on top of each other and wrap them around each other in opposite directions.
