I have bought a fair bit of stuff form them and only had one problem, but it was crazy enough that it is worth noting.
I ordered a Performance Machine LED gas gauge and matching gas cap for my 02 Fat Boy. When I got the stuff, the cap and gauge were on those skin wrapped cardboard packaging. The gauge (the expensive one of the 2) had been opened and it had a gas cap in the package and it was taped back together. Obviously somebody had done a switch on them and done a return. Opened a chat with them and sent pictures the next day. Could not for the life of me get them to understand what was wrong. Called and talked to a different lady who was nice, she said they would send the UPS truck back to get it since it was obviously damaged in shipping. I was like WTF?, but whatever. UPS never contacted me. Another chat session didn't get me anywhere. Called and asked to speak to a manager, got a voice mail. Left a message. Lady called me back like a week later. By then I was kinda pissed. She gave me a bunch of run around. Finally like the second phone call with here she agreed to just issue me a refund if I returned the gauge (which I never got, i just returned it the way I received it). Took over a month to get it resolved. Nobody I dealt with had more than 2 active brain cells. Ended up buying a gas gauge from RevZilla and had it on the bike for a couple weeks before J&P ever agreed to make things right with me.
I didn't use them for a while, but I have bought stuff from them this past year again with no problems. I do like their web page better than RevZilla and Dennis Kirk. The search function is better I think.
