Being from Oklahoma, you may be a natural conservative and going left to the liberal side is difficult. Seriously though, a left hand turn is wider, and should be easier, since you are on the outside lane. Just slow down and practice and remember to turn your head and look at where you want to go. I have heard that a lot of people have a problem turning to one side or another. Be safe and have fun. JD

Its you. You are fighting it subconsciously. Look, and turn. It isnt any harder than that.
I used to have the hardest time in the world, taking a hard turn from a dead stop. I had dumped it a couple times, and that made me gun shy. I made myself do it every single time I came to a stop. Just to overcome the mental hurdle. I dont even think about it anymore.
Your mind is your worst enemy.

I’m a noob, got about 2000 miles under my belt and have similar issue. Going right, if I tighten the turn it takes me closer to the shoulder. Going left tightening risks coming close to oncoming traffic. FWIW, I am experimenting with looking less far through the turn to remain on the outside of the lane. Good luck.

Are you left handed by any chance? If so it's normal to be reluctant to turn left. You subconsciously want to protect your strong side.
Set a cone out in a parking lot at a distance & ask people nothing more that to go ride around it & come back.... the results are very predictable.
Hang in there

I want to ride the mustard, feel better there, but the lefts I almost feel crazy on that bike. Rode my first poker run yesterday and had little to no issues, but want badly to speed up my lefts. I may take the long way to work and find a circle! That is true about the push.....I used to steer it! (Don’t repeat that.)

Couple of other thoughts. As mentioned, be sure to consciously look well ahead in the curve. Also, (traffic permitting), try slowing down before the curve, then accelerating smoothly through it.
