Or a quality action camera of any kind ... rather than having this box attached to my helmet ... some enterprising outfit has to have made a helmet with a cam built into it haven't they?

Sena make one. It also has fully integrated coms - IIRC basically the Sena 20 built right into the helmet:

No idea how the helmet is to ride in though.....

 

First time I have seen that one, can't find it available much less a price.
The cavalry is on my top 1/2 helmet list though.

For that I would be interested, but when the Calvary lists for around $349 (you can get them down in the $270 range online).
The listed prices I pulled up (with camera) were retail for $599 to $699.
If I see one "with camera" for $200 I will order it.
