Default Sportster pin start fuel issue

I have a 2012 sportster iron and I lost my key fob. So I went to start the bike with the pin I’m able to enter it and disable the security system but when I go to start the bike it won’t kick over and is acting like it’s not getting any fuel. Is it possible without the FOB the fuel injection won’t activate for some reason or is it more likely the injector happened to go bad at the same time I lost the fob? Because the bike started and ran fine before it was lost. Thanks for any input

how long has your bike been sitting? the whole point of entering the pin is so you can start your bike without the fob, so no, it isn't that the fuel injection is 'not activating' without your fob. is it trying to turn over? try putting a charger (not a tender) on your battery overnight.

It has been sitting a few weeks but I did put it on a charger and it seemed like it had enough power to turn over just acted like it wasn’t getting any fuel

well, if it is turning over, then it is clearly not the security. the security cuts the power to the starter so if that were the case, it wouldn't even click, burp, or fart....

so, you very well may be having a fuel issue, but it isn't because of the fob/lack thereof. time no to start some serious troubleshooting.
