first of all I'm Saudi and joined two chapters in two cities for the last 15 years. The active members in my current chapter are 400+ members. So yeah the news is not about harley in the area it's about something else.

NO there is no such thing as guardian approval to obtain a license. At least read or try check.

for the idiot who say they might hack up harleys and go to elementary schools!!! Really? This is the best you can come up with? The same argument used for American school shootings?

now my two cents about this whole thread is, the reason you can find a 100 plus harleys is one ride here is the enjoyment and for the sake of hitting the rode and I try to take badges from dealers in other countries as a souvenir and I really feel a connection when I meet people on their harleys even if we don't share a country, language or race.
But reading some of the comments in this thread I really believe that some people are just toxic and the negativity they held is just pitiful.
