Docs H-D outside of Green Bay is a definite must see if you have come up this far into gods country. Stop at the iron buffalo on the way up or take a more westerly route and come up through Waupaca and stop at the bars on the chain of lakes. Good riding roads in that direction.
94 in Kenosha and especially here in Racine county is a mess right now. I’d take back roads if possible. It’s bumper to bumper on the weekends. Stay west of 94 for a more out in the country ride, east of 94 is going to be more suburban. Just saying
Stop by Miller Park and cheer me on, I'll be competing in the Skills Competition.
I may do just that! When is it?

This is good advice. It's a really long stretch of barricaded in 4 lane - no breakdown lane at all. Something happens to your bike in there, you're screwed. I would exit at Hwy 50 soon after you cross into Wisconsin and cut over to HWY 45 to the west. Take that north to Hwy 36 in Franklin. It's a much nicer ride and adds only about 10 or 15 minutes.
