Looks real enough to me. I can believe that happens.

I just braked, and reeled the speed in quickly, figured I'd reduce the impact. The deer was off the road and stepping out, it saw me slowing down and crossed right in front of me. I down shifted and got back up to speed, back to 45 mph. I think whats strange is, I didn't get scared or "**** my pants" at all, it was as if I was reacting to something expected, like a car pulling out of a driveway. Only thing freaky about deer is when they walk right into the side of you , that would be unavoidable. But anyway, anyone else have any deer experience while riding? I know some people mention it all the time, usually the non riding folk, its one of their excuses for not riding at all.
We live in on a former plantation (that I grew up on) that now is a popular development. We have 7 acres of woods behind our house so at any given time, there could be 1-10 deer in our back yard. My daughter tagged a small doe a year or so ago and did over 4k damage to her car. My interactions have been more positive.

Where is one, there is always more.

Yes, yes... And re-establishing the Grizzly in California should be a top priority.

As has been mentioned, where there is one, there are usually more. I'm uncomfortable in rural areas at night whether on the bike or in the car. What's worse than a deer is a moose. Headlights don't reflect from their eyes like a deer's.

I tend to drive or ride much slower than normal at night in these areas. It's usually more likely than not that you will see one (or more).

And ODNR keeps lowering bag limits because the population is on decline.

I think it is partially due to the deer population recovering a bit compounded by cell tower and fracking sites reducing their habitat. I have slowed to 45 MPH in response to this; I was getting half afraid to ride this year.
Are there more deer or people in Potter County? I think the deer have us 2 to 1 here in Sullivan County!

Where's all the blood? Why aren't the guts all over the place? Why isn't there one drop of blood on the prop or plane? It's a photoshop. Good grief.
