Default What instant detailer are you using?

For years I used Meguires Quik Deailer. But I just bought a bottle that you cannot seem to remove the stuff. No matter how much you rub it leaves a film. I have not changed the process or type of towels I use so something is different about the product. I seldom wash the bike unless its been in the rain. Just use detailer to get the bugs off. What are you using that you like?

I use Meguiars' Ultimate Quick Detailer. Used it this past weekend and had no trouble removing it. Been using it for years with no trouble.

Did you use it in the sun? It can be a pain to remove if used in sunlight or if the surface is hot.

Always use it in the garage after bike has cooled for a bit. A couple of years ago I got another bottle that did the same thing. Threw it out. Got another bottle and worked fine. No more problems until yesterday. Used a new bottle yesterday. Same result as the bottle I threw out. Gonna try something different.

303 came out with a quick detailer, in addition to their protectant and leather cleaner. I like their stuff. I had been using Lucas detailer. Same idea, do not have wax in them so you don't get streaking and build-up.
