Glad to hear everyone made it home safe (well almost everyone wldbill, me , and Hubby are still out and about on the road).

And I was teaching you all a good leson at the gas station that I am sre you ill remember for a nice long time whether I want you too or not

This connection sucks...never buy hotel internet over the TV.....probably won't do it again this trip so I'll use this til the time expires then type at you again whn we get home.

Wan to thank everyone again for coming. It was a really great time.

Now we can start thinking of a place for next year!

 

Can anyone give me an opinion on the Quality Inn in Mammoth? How was it? I'm going to be there a week from this Saturday (Sep 29) and was considering staying there. Or maybe the Econo lodge nearby?

Yeah, the Quality Inn was great. Nice rooms, firm bed, great big jacuzzi pool, and a really good restaurant right across the street.

I felt we were treated quite well there. We all had rooms next to each other and near the garage where our bikes were safely kept.

 

GM Gary treated us well.If your need is a decent/clean room with underground parking then this is the place to stay. Not as fancy as some but definately better then a Motel 6.

 

and you get a fridge and a microwave in the room and a coffee machine

you won't find that @ motel 6

 

I've never been to Mammoth. My brother and I are meeting for a couple of days in Yosemite and coming out the east side with a trip to Bodie. Just wanted a decent place with no bike problems. Sounds like this will do just fine.
