That's already in the works seeing as he is coming back for some other parts, and thank you.

There is always a way to register a self assembled bike. Costs nothing.

Well that's a bit of a departure from your earlier statement that you weren't willing to register it as a 2018 - "I have to go by epa B******t and dot guide lines so when it is all said and done it will have to be registered as 2018.... To me it isn't worth the hassle...... but where there is a will there's a way I am not going to give up to get what I want."

The fact is it isn't a Harley, it isn't a Pan and it isn't a Shovel so there's pretty much likely no way in hell that it can ever be legally registered as anything other that a 20whatever year Special Construction. Anyway, good luck with your journey and before you go to the DMV to verify the that your MSO is legit make sure you have some form of proof of ownership.

I found out that it all comes down to a little cutting and welding and it can be registered as any harley I want, as long as the frame & engine # match I'm good to go. so at this point the bill of sale and mso aren't important. going back to the first post.I just wanted to know what would fit and now that it is known I can move forward...Thank you all for time .....Peace
