Default HD Limited GPS - No voice

I have a 2014 Limited and can't get the "voice" to work on the GPS. I'm looking for some troubleshooting suggestions.

Don't know if you know or not but the volume for the GPS is separate from everything else? In the set up is where you have to set it. Not to be a wise *** but if you have the owners manual all the info is in there.

Not an expert on GPS (by any means) but it has been my experience that to adjust the volume (same volume usually for the radio) you have to do it when the GPS audio is actively giving audio directions.
You may want to make sure that you have your system set for the "speaker" mode.

Good luck!

You can also set the volume in Setup. You can control all volume settings independently. There’s also an option to enable nav prompts you need to check. That’s under Feedback Settings, I believe.

You need to read the manual. As stated above, the audio prompt volume could be turned down, but you can also, in settings, turn them off completely. If the volume is muted (vs turned off in settings), your music/radio will be interrupted during a prompt but you wont hear anything. If your music/radio is not interrupted during a GPS prompt, then the audio prompts are turned off in settings.
