I don’t have spokes. Thank you everyone for suggestions. I will give them a try if the bearings don’t fix it

Elevate bike, spin wheels, watch for tire run out. Watch for imperfections. you cannot balance out a tire that is not round, it will not run smooth.

When you place a load on a tire that has an imperfection, it can stabilize it a bit or make it considerably worse, you said when you have your wife on the bike, it goes away.

If you go to a tire store nowadays, they have spin balancers that apply load to the tire, this is the same principle as adding your wife to the bike.
