Saw the thread title and thought, feminine hygiene products?

Now, I see it's wind screens.

Given their quality of product and prices I don't think they will miss you as a Customer.

As John Lydgate once said:
“You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.”
I've no personal experience with this vendor. I was merely commenting on vendors in general, and I'll still stand by my comment, especially here in Alaska where I'm at least 2500 miles from the nearest vendor.

Mine came two weeks from the purchase date. I think that's about What the web site stated.

Mine shipped four days after I ordered. Arrived last Saturday...No problems. Ordered online, no other communication. Satisfied customer.

Definately. Why will I buy from someone that is clearly ignoring me as client? Enough business elswhere to spend my hard earned cash. I bought from them and as others stated no update on shipping. I send them email - no reply but shield showed up few days later. This is not the way to make business work. Really sad.

I ordered a shield two days ago while they were on sale. Since they hand make them at the time of order I would suspect that they are very busy now with the sale that they have just run. We are also heading into riding season so bike accessory orders ramp up as well. Have a little patience.

That is too logical for some people to grasp. I will continue to do business with them. Just wish they would get on the ball and start making the new (15 +) Road Glide shields in shorter choices. From what they communicated to me in a PM a couple months ago, should be about June.

No I grasp that killer. I just don't ride LRS dick like some guys here. If you have a question about that is specific to height and bike in order to work properly, don't you think there should be someone there to answer a ****ing question??? They have two shields for the RG and the website doesn't really say the difference other than it has hips to give it a sporty look. I can give a **** less about that, but it will effect the the way it works. Probably some can't grasp that.

As far as what the website says about order placement, shipping turn around it has "about this time frame". So yes it's getting into the season, more to the point as to when the ****ing thing will ship. I would rather go and spend more money on a product I can get sooner so I don't give a **** about the price.

If I ran my business like that, I wouldn't have much of a business.

I'm not riding anyone's dick here and certainly are not slamming the OP.
The OP was only looking for possibly a better number/method to get in contact with LRS.

QC provided the OP with a solid response to try and e-mailing them.
That's where the comments should have been aimed out.

What irritates me is when members jump on here and start criticizing a forum sponsor without fully trying to resolved their problem first.
LRS does make a great product at a great price and as mentioned helps sponsor this forum so that we can all enjoy it for free.

It's going to be 76 degrees here in Omaha today.
I think I'm going to take the afternoon off, wash all the winter's dust off the bike and take her for a long ride.

Moving on... Ride safe all.
