Did you read it while you were typing? That's a very good reason not to buy from them. It's a great indicator of the level of customer service.

If you're not getting the satisfaction you think you deserve then just run down to your local Dealer and buy an inferior shield for twice the price of a LRS.

I called three times Monday and one call and email today, no response. Ordered a shield even though I had questions, but went by other posts here and there.
Just want to know when the damn thing may ship. If two or three weeks will go elsewhere for another $40 and have some customer service.
I just received a shield from them. I emailed a question to them, they responded within about a hour. I received the windshield promptly, I would buy from them again.
