Default Mean City Cycles

Any one have personal experience with this company ? I have an 08 ultra with 60,000 miles and want the seat redone , the drivers seat is ok but the passenger seat could use more or better padding . They only work on appointments and you have the seat back in 4-5 days . looking for real world experience . THANKS

They do great work, call and talk to Lori. She will get you square with what you’re looking for and how much. The turn around is same day of your appt. Their work is incredible

I just sent an ultra seat down to mean city the other day for their super narrow rework.
my appointment date is may 23 but shipped it out early any ways. With a two month wait and all the great reviews on this site about them, I didn't think twice about using them. Also the woman working the phone was a pleasure to deal with.

I sent a seat a number of years ago. They were a pleasure to work with and excellent service. I was super pleased. All I can say is we are in the wrong business. They said they did 15 - 20 a day. Not bad.

Just got my seat back from them. Can't say if its better as the weather still sucks. You can get expedited service for an extra charge, FWIW. I will say professional response and attitude.

Luckily, I live within riding distance of Mean City Cycles. I rode out to my appointment, watched them redo the seat and rode home. Ride home was much more comfortable than the ride there. Took about an hour form taking seat off to putting it back on. I was very happy with the results

Allen did a great job for me. Told what had to be done and he made it happen.
Do not be afraid to send it to him.

I've been using Allen and his crew for years...probably a dozen+ seats all with the same outstanding results and service.... Great bang for the buck!....DW

Insert another positive experience here

Did my 2009 Fatboy seat a few years back. I'm probably going to send it back to them again to have it re-covered.
