This is BS.How many friggin' hoops does your Dad have to jump through? Hopefully, the judge will tell the EPA guy where to go, and keep with the deal he offered to your Dad and dismiss the case. It is not up the the EPA guy, it is in the judges hands.

The EPA guy says yep your bike passes....But I will object on the judge throwing out the case....I will insist on a one year suspened fine and court costs...My dad goes what! The EPA guy goes its my job to object

I don't understand that it is the EPA guys job to object. The pipes have been changed out. Why should the EPA weenie be compelled to continue further than this?

EPA guy's got nothing coming...this is the same as a defective vehicle ticket..."repair" it and you're off the hook. This clown can't "insist" on S##T...he's not the judge and the exhaust has been corrected...should be end of story.
