Since the Slim vs the Street Bob argument no longer involves a Dyna, I say get the Slim. You asked... There yah go.

Man, I like all the “Buy this bike” or “Buy that bike” posts...and no one knows anything about the OP, his riding experience, his riding style, one up or two, what kind of oil he prefers, or even where he keeps his gas cap...

I think if you’re gonna recommend a bike to someone it’s kinda easier if you know something about them and what they want the bike for...

But maybe that’s just me.
