I had a GREAT Fathers Day ride.& Jessica Simpson
The wife and I, and another couple rode from San Diego to Paradise Cove in Malibu. We're sitting in the bar waiting to be seated, and, who walks in the door?
This nice looking young girl in a sheer(you can see through) sun dress. I'm thinking, to myself, "what is she doing with that old guy?". Then when I looked up at her face I realized she was Jessica Simpson, and the old guy was her Dad. Nice girl, she took her Dad out for Father's Day.She looks alot better in person. No makeup, casual dress, she looked good.
After our lunch, on the beach, nice sunny day, lots of bikinis, we rode up Malibu Canyon to a road named "Stunt Road" I don't know why it's named that, but it was a beautiful ride. When you get to the end of Stunt Road, the view is wonderful. The ocean is on one side of the summit and the valley on the other. Then from the summit there is a narrow, curly, one-way road that goes back down to Coast Hwy.
All total, it was a 300 mile ride and couldn't have been a better Fathers Day. Just had to share. Hope yours was great also.

That's my riding area. Stunt road is a great road. Sounds like you came down tuna canyon, the only 1 way I can think of, or maybe fernwood. Anyway, glad you ahd a great fathers day. Jessica Simpson I could care less, but glad it made your day.
