You had "dual?"

Pure awesome!

Anyone remember the cards with holes in them?

^^^Last hijack--I ran a nc mill that used paper tape. I made the tape by tracing a pattern. Talk about a hanging chad causing a problem.

It's funny talking to a millennium about computers of the 80 - 90s. They think your nuts when you tell them how you had to get on the Internet and cell phones were not invented yet. You think they would pass out or something from shock!

What the world would be like if cell phones were never invented....

Harley missed the boat with the “street” series. Look at all of the small metric cruisers. Harley should have scaled down the Sporster to also have a 500 option and really lowered the price. The Streets don’t even resemble a Harley.

Harley really messed up thinking young people would pay a grand or 2 over the price of a metric equivalent just because of the Harley badge on the tank. The street rod was even more a failure. Motorcycles aside for a second Harley needs to treat customers better if it wants millennial sales. For example when Yamaha introduced its 4 valve v-twin around a decade ago it had lifter issues, if the customer even mentioned the word lifter Yamaha replaced them. Harley fights you tooth and nail cause they don't want to pay. The moco just sucks...

I agree with a lot of what is being said but a lot of the success and failure “rides” on the dealers and some need a serious attitude adjustment. Luckily mine is stellar.

I had a TRS-80 Model III (1983)
In 1984, upgraded to an IBM PC, Dual Floppy drives, 192K memory, mono monitor.
Sorry for the 'jack.

I am sorry but I think the streets are ugly. Not harley look or styling at all. If they wanted to sell overseas only, where I would never see them, I would be fine with that.

I think redo it so it looks nicer and less cost would sell.
