Hello!

2007 FLTR with alarm and siren (smartsiren II). I have read the manual as to how to disable the chirp on arm and disarm of the alarm and it just doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks...

why? on an '07 if you have the siren installed, it will automatically arm when you walk away with the fob and chirp, and chirp when you re-enter the range with the foband turn the ignition dis-arming the system. why would you want to disable it/turn the chirp off? if you don't like the chirper/alarm, remove it, but i'm sure that you didn't pay close to a $100 for the siren to then not use it.

 

The chirp upon arm/disarm is annoying and can be turned off. The siren itself still works whether the chirp sound is heard or not. Thanks for the help though.
