...but what about folk here in NC??
I have them tailgating me in the right lane, so.......
I move over into the left lane so they can pass me.
When they go by (as they always do) I cut back over to the right side.....
I just tell my wife; here is a reverse pass....................

Ya know, this is a pet peeve of mine. There is no such thing as a "fast lane". But if there were, it is only applicable to the open stretches of multilane highways between cities, such as the interstates. Within the cities, however, the inside lanes are "through lanes", not "fast lanes". Traffic that is exiting or entering the highway use the outside lanes and traffic that is not getting on or off the highway uses the inside lane. This keeps traffic moving more smoothly while traveling through an urban area.
But people seem to accept the idea that the inside lane is for going over the speed limit and "hot rodding".

he is not the police, and just maybe some one has an emergency. A lot of states are passing laws on this for a reason, if it is law than the jack wagon blocking the left lane is also breaking the law, but to you one law is ok to break but the other one isn't. How about being courteous and get the fluck out of the way.
