OK, to answer the all the questions about that meme in post #2105, here's what happened: We were headed up to the HOG Down Home in Knoxville, I think it was '07 or so, waaay overloaded on our EG, and it was HOT, in the 100's. On the way up we are starting up that suicidal Donner pass on I-24 in Chattanooga, and I pull out to pass a tractor-trailer going 70+, down shift, and the clutch GOES UP IN SMOKE. How I survived I do not know, but we nursed it on up to Smokey Mt HD in Maryville. I'm sitting there all p.o.'d and grumbling, and the guy sitting beside me says "You think you've got troubles, look at this", and pulls out a drive belt cleanly snapped in two, each side with scraggly fibers hanging out. Yep, his story beat mine by a long shot. At least mine got completely covered by the warranty. He was out big $$.

LOL yep that's funny. Being dyslexic doesn't help either. PS I was told its a combo of Chero(kee) and (Nanta)hala. Whichever, it's a beautiful ride that ends at cool destinations - both directions.
