Default High temp powder coating?

Is there a high-temperature powder coating process? Is it called cerakote?

Ceracote is a black coating usually used on firearms. It sort of rough and a matt black color. The best color high temp coating would be ceramic. It comes in lots of colors and hold up great against heat. Some headers are ceramic coated as are some some slip-ons, like Freedom Exhaust. The inside of home oven are ceramic if not stainless.

Yes Cerakote is basically what youre asking for. I can tell you from my experience with the coatings on my pipes, after awhile they dont look great. I personally wrap my headers, but even back at the silencer gets to look tired.

One of my cars has the exhaust (headers all the way to the muffler tips) ceramic coated silver. After about 8000 miles it looks as good as new. My local power coater does ceramic coating for exhaust.
