How to richen a narrow band O2 sensor
Harleysnarrow band O2 sensor essentially only understands a 14.7:1 AFR but there is a $2.00 fix that will richen AFR to approx. 14.2:1, while not ideal, it's an improvement over the stock '07.
Go to radio Shack and buy two sets of resisters 20kohm and 10kohm, (99 cents for pack of 5) Peel back wiring harness from O2 sensor, blue wire is sensor signal wire, grey is ground. 10kohm is pigtailed to 20kohm and attached to grey wire the other end of the 10kohm is attached to grey wire as it exits O2 sensor, the other end of the 20kohm is attached to the blue sensor wire. It should be built as an inline circuit. You are making a 2/3 voltage divider that will make your engine run slightly richer and cooler. Or you could go buy wideband O2 sensors(and a lot of expense)and set it upat 13:1 air fuel ratio and be done with all the EPA mandated rubbish that makes '07's run hot because they are so lean.I don't think you have to do both of them, I think you only have to do the front O2 sensor, someone feel free to correct me if that is incorrect.
When done place your little package in heat shrink tubing, a couple of coats of liquid tape, a neat invisible fix.

Here is illustration I found on another site

Has anyone actually tried thisto see how it works?
