When the bike gets put down for her winter nap, the sled comes out. That's where I get my speed fix.
Plus I have a truck built for winter, and winter driving is SOOOO much fun when you have the right vehicle. And I snowboard, ice fish, toboggan, play some shinny at the rink, go skating on Lake Louise and and Abraham Lake and anything else I can do outside.
The cold I could do without but the cold snaps never last long plus we have good jackets up here and are a little battle hardened.

I actually once liked winter, lol. But since I started riding I despise it! We got 5" last weekend, and they dumped tons of rock on the roads. Not cinders, small rocks. My car will be shredded by spring. No warm weather is in sight, at least through year end.

We have been getting light snow the last several days and it is COLD. Roads are covered with cinders and salt. No more bike riding for me until spring.
I do miss my sled. I could drive right from my shed at my last house, go across the lake and on to the NH snowmobile trails. From there you could get to just about anywhere. It was great not having to trailer it.
