Ton of bikes on our toy run

Why is that? The toy run out here...lots of folks strap on stuffed animals. Last years event, the group I rode in with all had "furries"

Because EVERYONE brings stuffed animals. They look cool on the back of a bike and what have you. The downside is, kids can only do so much with stuffed animals. I've started bringing footballs, soccer *****, stuff like that. Stuff that kids of any age or gender can play with. Then I go down the dollar aisle and get a bunch of little cheap **** for stocking stuffers. ymmv

The Chicago Toys for Tots parade on Dec 3 had a record turnout of about 68,000. It's considered the largest motorcycle parade in the world. The weather is usually cold and snowy, but Sunday's temps were in the 50's. This is usually the last ride of the year for most folks in the Chicago area.
