Did Kuryakyn purchase T-Bags motorcycle luggage?
Just happen to look at the T-Bags motorcycle luggage website and noticed the website now uses an email address "@Kuryakyn" and lists the Kuryakyn address as a contact.
I don't recall reading anything about this company purchase. Has anyone heard anything abut this?

T-bags did offer a great lifetime warranty. I wonder if Kuryakyn would still honor it.

T-bags was started by Terry Lovett in the early 90s in his garage and was sold to Tucker Rocky in 2012 after the downturn in the economy really hurt them. In 2014 MAG (Motosports Aftermarket Group) and TR merged and started operating under MAG. Kuryakyn was/is a part of MAG so I assume that during the merger T-bags was moved under the management of Kury

They were bought out 5 years ago, like you I had one from way back. I have used T-Bags for a long time on my WideGlide and recently purchased a new version that mounts on the luggage rack of my RGU. To me the new one is built every bit as good as the older ones that I owned.

T-bags along with River Road went out of business Spring 2017. Links on the site go to Kury and they put out the word to be careful buying any products from RR or Tbags from anyone as there is ZERO warranty.
The MAG group recently filed for CH 11 bankruptcy which includes a bunch of mc suppliers..
