Default Harbor freight mc lift.

There are two options for their lifts, only difference I can see is one goes to 32.7 inches the other 29.5. Has any one found one better than the other?

I don’t know which is the taller one. If I remember right, they have one that looks more like a floor jack with a platform on it. I have the other one, the one that looks like every other bike lift out there. Had it for several years now, dozens of lifts/storage on my Limited, no issues. So there you are.

Edit: my bad, thought you were talking jacks, not lifts.

Mine has the pneumatic and foot activated options, not sure if that’s a difference you’re seeing, additional width is a must for riding a heavy bike on. I love my lift. 8 years.

Bought mine about ten years ago.Replaced bottle jack with a heavier duty style after original started to have leakage problems.Never had a cause to regret buying it .

I didnt see what they are now selling HF lift for. I am buying this after seeing it in real time at a garage. Almost TANDY quality and for the price I was impressed. There will be a shipping chrg, ....in my area is 190.00 (FL)
Comes wth the chock and will require a compressor. Table lifting to 30 " . Pretty heavy gauge steel......Just a suggestion ,I'm sure the HF is a great lift as well but for those wanting something a little heavier this one may fit the price tag ...... HTH anyone wanting one for Christmas !

My question was does any one have a preference in table height? 29.5" vs 32.7. Min height 6.9 vs 8".

I have the taller one because I needed the extra when in the raised position. The down side is that my mc got high centered when going up the ramp. Just had to extend the ramp. I have since added an air ride system so now I just pump it up.

That's what I thought, the minimum height is only 1" difference but it makes a difference in clearance.

The shorter one has better reinforcement at the rear wheel panel and the safety bar is solid.
