Got a little Benchmade pocket knife.
It's cool. But while I've heard that a decent pocket knife is a good idea if you ride, I cannot see how it would be more useful than say, a leatherman.
So tell me any stories you have of when your pocket knife came in handy as a rider.

There is always a Swiss Army knife in my pocket and a Gerber Multitool (like a Leatherman) in my saddlebag. I use the Swiss knife more often than the Gerber. Everything from trimming my toenails to opening a beer or bottle of wine.
I also carry a tool roll with the most likely wrenches, a Harley screwdriver with bits for the most common fasteners on the bike. If that and a siphon hose won't do it, I've got a credit card and a cell phone. If all that fails, I also carry a Glock.

I wear a Buck model 112 on my belt about 99% of the time, sure miss it when I have to take it off, airports come to mind.
I've opened many things like bottles and containers with it. I've cut rope while tent camping, removed screws, cut and stripped wires, even made kindling for fires. To me, it's an all around tool that I've been carrying for decades.
