Default Thinking about Lizzard Lights on the '18 Heritage

...or another brand if recommended. I'm still sort of on the fence. In one way they are just a show off for wanna be's. Light wars in the bar parking lot kinda thing! But on the other hand I see several bikes with them pass my house nightly and I do like the extra visibility they provide at night.

So I'm asking for ya'lls opinions. Do you have them? Like them? Any regrets? Any problems with them? Recommendations on brand?

TIA

It’s your bike man who care what’s anyone else thinks your the one who has to ride it. I have lizard lights on my sport bike and I like them never had any issues just make sure you get enough lights for what you want to do.

I’ve always heard to avoid getting red lights because it makes cops angry, not sure if that’s true though

I have them on my sportster. They are kinda weak by todays standards. They help with visibility but, people stare, staring causes them to dr toward you. I still use them at night, all light helps. The quality is great. They have been on there for over 5 years through rain, snow, many bike washes, etc...... but still dated. They really need to update them.

Check out http://www.joeflorida.com

if you still want to try the lizard lights. I have the remote version for the brain still in the package. I was going to put them on my dyna but, decided not to. You can take it.

I didn't know there was a name for them myself. I just called them "under the tank disco lights". And they MIGHT help make you more visible IF they'd just look up from their phone. But if they don't, not even a search light will help.

Well now I know what they are, and I don't think I would care for them on my bike.

Thanks for the links. I only knew about the Lizzard's, and didn't know what to seatch for so this gives me other options.

I do wonder about people looking and veering towards you, that's why I wanted to hear from folks that use any kind of auxiliary lighting.
