I don't know for sure about a Heritage but it would depend how much longer the bars are that you're putting on the bike. I have swapped several bars on different bikes and generally speaking you can re-route the cables and gain 3 or 4 inches in most cases.
if the sum of the rise, width and pullback (reach in your case) is close to what you are running now, probably not. Internally routed wiring has less margin of play. Just measure it and make sure the bars travel lock-to-lock.

Hmm, yea I didn't account for internal wires. OP- what year is your bike?
